The AEK Recreation Registration system streamlines customer enrollment for class activities via a variety of registrant entry methods. It improves the daily information available to program supervisors. It records registrants by class and the amounts paid by general ledger revenue accounts. Waiting lists, transfers between classes, refunds and class lists are processed automatically.
This system may be used simultaneously from any number of locations. Continuous, current, display and printed information is available about any class, facility or registrant. Summary class data is retained at the end of a season for demographic use. Household files contain permanent information about registrants and the classes they have taken at specific facilities.
Registration Program Masters may be coded to allow electronic lottery, register with friends, special treatment for residents and non-residents including variable pricing, treatment of school district members as residents, participant billing plans including pay as you go and accounts receivable billing and more.
Registration entry is enhanced by retrieval of existing household records by name, phone number, or registrant Universal ID allowing a complete registration to be performed in as little as 15 seconds.
The scope of the database is able to produce any type of demographic trend analysis that management might wish to use in planning future recreation programs. Preparation of class masters provides automated brochure production.
Optional interfaces exist to AEK General Ledger, AEK Accounts Payable for refunds, AEK Bankcard Validation, AEK Budgeting, AEK Cash Register, AEK Reservation Scheduling, and AEK Sports Scheduling, as well as customer initiated registration via the AEK Touch-Tone Registration and AEK Web Registration systems.
