Asking the Right Questions
"Just a quick not to let you know we think our Linux server problem may be solved. I called AEK on Tuesday morning and Peggy answered the phone; I told her the trouble we were having and she started brainstorming about our trouble. With Peggy asking the RIGHT questions, we determined that it might be something happening in this building that was draining the power and possibly this was just enough to knock out the Linux server Sure enough, when I called the parks department, I was told the air conditioning units were set to go on at approximately the same time our server was going down. To make a long story short, we have rerouted the power supply and haven’t had a problem since.
