Ability to display all activity for any individual across all applications
All AEK applications utilize one database of names and addresses. This database is address-driven, which allows participants with different last names to be entered at the same address and display with this address when chosen. This provides a consist set of street names, city names, addresses and individuals that may be accessed and entered in all applications.
There is an Individual Activity menu item that allows the user to see all activity for any one given person or family. This process will display if a person (or family) participates in classes, purchases memberships, rents facilities, coaches a league, officials a league or participates in a league, all on one screen.
Ability to customize each application to run as you need
Each application has a customization screen that allows you to utilize features of the system, as you require. It allows you to totally control the manner in which the application can be used.
Ability to add user defined supplemental fields
An unlimited number of supplemental user defined fields are available. These fields can be masked formatted for telephone, date, numeric and text fields. Text fields with or without valid values can be assigned for data integrity. For example, you may want to capture work telephone, cell phone, emergency telephone to a telephone number format. You may also want to capture golf handicap, seating preference, amenities, proof of insurance, and staff information. Each application and individual can have unlimited number of supplemental user defined fields. Supplemental information is Global so Fields are entered one time and you define what applications use those supplemental fields and whether they are required
Report Generator and ability to reprint any report at any time
The report generator is a unique and flexible tool that allows the user to extract data from the application as needed. Any combination of data can be reported through an easy to use option screen. Access to the report screen is available from any screen at any time. The ability to run a report while in the middle of processing a registration, and returning to where you left off, is but one example of the ease-of-use these applications provide.
This feature of the AEK applications allows any operator at anytime to reprint any report. Updating functions are not associated with reports so they may be run at anytime.
Furthermore, you may choose to reprint only a portion of a report. If you are printing postcards or labels and the printer jams halfway through, you may choose the specific individual or range of postcard or label to reprint.
